What they got right and wrong
The executive suite was spacious and elegant, and the staff, particularly Mr Desmond, perfected the art of hospitality with refreshing mocktails! Their level of cleanliness and dining options were also commendable.
While the gym boasted excellent equipment, I noticed some rooms lacked soundproofing despite their heavy automatic doors, which could occasionally disrupt relaxation.

The Beautiful Suite was spacious and clean, with a large bed with fresh linens and an excellent shower with fantastic water pressure. The room had nice touches like matching dressing gowns and a cozy climate control option.
The check-in process was a hassle, taking nearly 30 minutes due to a room mix-up that almost left me without the right accommodations. Unfortunately, room service didn't answer any of my calls, forcing me to reach out to reception multiple times, and I found the menu options mediocre at best, lacking variety and flavor. My suite lacked proper soundproofing, difficult to relax at times, especially when noise from the hallway crept in.

central spot with easy access to landmarks and parks
I loved being just a short stroll away from the Lusaka National Museum, a fantastic spot to take in local culture, and the nearby 37D Gallery offered a great art experience that I could visit at my leisure. The spacious room I stayed in had excellent amenities.

The space was beautifully designed, and it was so nice to relax in the open rooftop area. Exploring the entertainment district was really fun, especially with some outlet shopping nearby. Can't wait to come back for another stay!
I found that the gym, while well-equipped, could be noisy at times, hard to concentrate during workouts.

Luxurious Stay with Room for Improvement
The gym offered a great workout, and the modern restaurant ambiance was inviting. The room service could use some attention, as calls went unanswered. I'd recommend dining at the bar for a cozy atmosphere.
